SUPERIOR POOL SVC INC

I'm the president of our condo association. In the past 18 months we have been through 3 pool/spa service companies. One was totally incompetent...screwed up more than they helped. One had a outright liar servicing our pool, who claimed to have done work we could prove he had never performed. Then Superior was recommended to us. We couldn't be more happy. Our pool and spa was a mess when they took over, and we had been led to believe it was OUR fault (by the liar who claimed to be performing work he never did). But Superior came in, did an in depth examination of the entire system, determined exactly where the problem were and what would be necessary to fix them. The work was quickly done and reasonably priced. They even recommended fixes we hadn't noticed...all with great results. Our spa walls looked awful...we had been told they needed to be completely refinished at a VERY high cost. Superior say, "wait a minute...we think an acid wash might do the trick...only about $100." We tried it, and the results were amazing! Since then they have been performing all our pool service needs and we couldn't be more please. They are professional, thorough, prompt, and easy easy to contact when we have any questions at all.
