vacuum cleaners
 + -1 moreI called with a bobbin problem for an inexpensive Singer machine that was at least 7 years old. I wasn't sure it would be worth fixing but Randy said it wouldn't cost anything to look at it and for him to tell me if it would be repairable for a decent price. I brought it in the next day and a younger man with aqua-colored hoops in his earlobes said it would be free for him to look at it but if I wanted him to actually touch it it would cost $79.00. I said I hadn't paid that much for the machine in the first place, maybe $150 new to which he replied "you get what you pay for". It took me twenty minutes to drive there to be told my machine was a cheap old one which is what I told Randy over the phone. I really wish they would have been honest with me and not wasted my time!
Description of Work: Randy had me drive from Hobe Sound for a free estimate which the people in the store said didn't exist. Instead of calling him to verify he told me to bring it in, they laughed and said "Oh that Randy!"
