Description of Work: "We found we had a real mold problem when we arrived back at the apartment after 5 months away (after checking things out it transpired that the humidistat had failed). |The apartment smelled strongly of mold and spores were evident on leather furniture, books, crevices. |We researched the web and spoke to several local companies engaged in mold removal but were not impressed by what we heard: we did not find OZONE WIZARD in our search. |Finally we consulted Angies list for mold removal contractors and OZONE WIZARD was the only one listed. |We called them on a Monday morning early and spoke to the owner/proprietor Brad Dunning. |Brad offered to come round that morning to assess the problem and to start work immediately: he arrived at 10.30am, assessed the problem and started the treatment using an ozone generator in his van connected into the apartment A/C system and four portable ozone generators placed one in each principal room. |Four hours later - 2.30pm - including 2 hrs time to allow the ozone to dissipate the problem was resolved. All traces of mold smell had been eliminated and replaced with a - fresh - residual smell of ozone: this also disapeared by late evening. |OZONE WIZARD does not offer intensive clean-up after the treatment-only a wipe down of accessible surfaces. |All in all a very positive experience. | |"

Ozone shock treatment saved my family from asthma, headaches, fatigue, vertigo,etc and since the ozone treatment, we have not had any more physical problems. Roof repair prevented further water intrusion. Overall, great customer experience, would recommend to my friends and family in a minute.

I recently moved into my property after having a tenant live in it for over 4 years. After several months of renovation (INCLUDING replacing A/C air handler and compressor) and 2 months of living in home, myself and family members were experiencing consistent nasal stuffiness and respiratory issues from time spent inside home. When away from home, we experienced no symptoms. I called several mold remediation companies to provide me with an estimate. Testing from different contractors discovered mold in one bathroom I did not remodel and inside air conditioning duct work that did not get replaced. Ozone Wizard was out immediately, provided me with immediate testing results, discussed treatment options thoroughly and provided me with the lowest price! As a medical professional, I researched the different treatment options and contractors to determine the best choice for my home. I opted to use this ozone treatment due to utilizing NO HARSH CHEMICALS. Based on responsiveness, professionalism and price, I chose to use Ozone Wizard. It has been almost one full week since my treatment and MY FAMILY IS BREATHING FRESH INDOOR AIR! Every day we walk into our home it literally smells FRESH. I cannot think of a better way to describe it other than it is a joy to enter our home and NO SICK SYMPTOMS!
