Merry Maids of Jensen Beach

This same crew came out the next month and tried to do the same thing. They tried to rush before I was able to look over it with them and ensure that it was complete. They couldn't stay that day and left. This crew came back a week later and a dispute came about to where one of the cleaners raised her voice at me in my home and complained of not having enough time and underpaid from the company. They yelled at me and my husband for no reason in a threatening manner. I had to call the owner for a fourth time and asked to speak to him, Robert Smith. I did not want to speak to the office Mng at this point and wanted to talk to the owner and he never returned my calls. I then called the office Mng a week later to speak with her being my only option and she never responded either. I expressed to the receptionist that it was a big deal and unacceptable. They never offered to refund my money for the many opportunities given for poor work, or even returned a simple phone call. Everything was paid for and I was a good customer, but the work was done poorly and they are very unresponsive. I would not recommend them to anyone or hire them again for cleaning services. Merry Maids talked a good talk in the beginning but it all turned out to be extremely unprofessional and a bad experience.

Very professional workers. Polite, quiet,  and efficient, always on time and often work overtime just a bit to finish to their own satisfaction.  I appreciate that they are working for a company and not directly for me, so I am not directly responsible for things like social security payments. There is a team of two, and I get the same senior person each time. She actually makes note of any peculiarity about my household - special product for the shower door and the fact that I have allergies to some cleaning products. I have a lot on my plate right now, and I appreciate that they do not expect me to socialize with them.

They are always very friendly, cheerful, and help in any way they can.

Service was not acceptable.

They are keeping up with what they have to work with. They do exactly what we ask them to do. They are punctual and accomodating for change.
