When they came out to put in the water tank they said they could not put it in because the fixtures were wrong. They said they could not re-plumb the fixtures so we went to another company to have it done. We were very upset. They have pretty good pricing. We still go there because their prices are competitive.
I FELT LIKE I SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLING THE POLICE AT THIS POINT. ....THIS IS THE STORE MANAGER!!???
HE IGNORED THE PROBLEMS AND FOCUSED ON ATTACKING MY COMPLAINT. I WAS DISGUSTED AND TOLD
HIM TO FOCUS ON SOLVING THE PROBLEMS, NOT USE ME AS AN EXCUSE. AS I DECIDED TO JUST LEAVE
AGAIN AND WOULD BE CALLING THE CORPORATE OFFICE...HIS RESPONSE WAS..."NO PROBLEM, GO AHEAD"
HOW ARROGANT!! AND THIS IS THE "MANAGER" THAT UPPER MANAGEMENT PUTS IN PLACE!!! IF THIS IS
THE WAY CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED, I TOLD HIM I PITY HIS EMPLOYEES! I CALLED THEIR 800 CORPORATE
NUMBER AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL WITHIN 24 HOURS. I PLAN TO GO UP TO THE VICE
PRESIDENT OF LOWES...EITHER THEY GET RID OF THIS MANAGER OR GIVE HIM BEHAVIOR COUNSELING.
I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ANY LOWES AGAIN.
