Doug has excellent communication and customer skills. He strives for 100% customer satisfaction, and I am 200% satisfied. Doug knows how to effectively express his points in writing. He is there when you need him after his inspections. His follow-up skills are second to none. He keeps his promises.

Great. My insurance company recommended Doug Banks so I called him and he quoted me the price and came out that very afternoon. Very polite and respectful. He emailed me a copy of the report with photos at the same time he sent it to my insurance agent.
