Sent out a technician the day after we called. Very professional. Determined that a snake had gotten into our outside unit and caused a capacitor to short itself. Tech pulled the fried snake out of the unit for inspection and then replaced the capacitor and wiring. Took about 45 minutes and our upstairs unit provides cool sit again.

Installed new Trane 16.3 system. ran new wire and breaker for heater. New pad and drain line. Actually installed a day earlier then original quote. Techs were professional and friendly. New heavier guage wire was needed and installed with heavier amp breaker. All completed in one day. County inspector mentioned that he never had trouble with Jensen Beach air work during final. I would highly recommend this company.

Checked A/C unit for poor cooling. Found and repaired small leak caused by poor workmanship of previous installing company. Serviceman Jason was friendly and competent.

In July, when my daughter was visiting FL for 10 days, the 20 years old air conditioner began to act up. We had her call Jensen Beach Air Conditioning ( we are snowbirds living in Ohio). The service tech came out and fixed the unit. He discovered that one of the problems was the corrosion on the coils. He recommended replacing the unit.
When my daughter returned to Ohio, I called and talked with owner of Jensen Beach Air. He sent a proposal the end of July.
When we knew our October return date to FL., I called to set up a date for a replacement unit. A few days before our return, a tech came out to our mobile home to check what needed to be done. On the appointed date, crew came out, took out the old unit and installed the new unit in a new location. By Noon they were finished.
Within a day of our arrival in FL, we had a new air conditioner installed at the price quoted in July.
Jensen Beach Air arranged for the County inspector to come out. He commented on how nice a job that was done.
I was very pleased with the professionalism, timeliness and service received.

They have maintained the system throughout the years. They just replaced it and informed us about a rebate discount. This allowed us to save money on the new installation. We feel very confident in their services. They always come as soon as they can and they are honest.
