I went to Humberto's Euro Motor after my 1999 BMW 318ti continued to experience vibration / shaking in the front end, despite having the wheels balanced by two reputable tire shops. After having diagnosed the car as needing front shocks, he also noted that it needed additional front-end work, including new front end springs, which were badly corroded, with one being broken. I elected to have all four springs replaced. During the work, he noticed that the front brakes were grabbing intermittently, which was cured by an adjustment. In the end, the vibration / shaking is gone, and the car now handles as a BMW should.
