"Yesterday we received a notification about your comments regarding our repair services. We’re very proud of our reputation for fast and efficient services and after reviewing your complaint we immediately researched our files and found that your repair services were done in November 21st, 2014 but your poor feedback was entered in April 10th, 2015 almost five months after. I wish you had contacted us before so we could have rectified this situation, contrary of your statement we don’t have any records of you calling us back but it is only fair to note that based in our paperwork your Downspouts were repaired, clean out of the gutters was completed and only one repair in your Super Gutter was not done because your Super Gutter which was not installed by our company was not installed properly therefore the repair of the Joints couldn’t be done because the Gutter was full of water. We have decided to reimburse you for the $200.00, the refund check will be mailed to you on Wednesday April 15th, 2015."
