The guy was super. He is very well rated with Angie's List, everyone loves him. We had some leakage around our washer and dryer so we assumed the problem was with the washer. He determined that it was actually the dryer. There was actually a mist cycle on the dryer. There was a water line running to the dryer and it had become defective. He diagnosed and fixed the problem, he was excellent. His price was fantastic, it was a bargain. His quality was excellent. He was about 20 to 30 minutes late, but he communicated that to us over the phone, so he was there when he said he would be. I would absolutely use him again in the future. He was absolutely fantastic.

Called Gary and he discovered a water line leak into the dryer which was used for the steam feature in the dry unit itself.

Gary arrived on time and went right to work. He laid out towels to keep the work area clean.  He determined that my water line to the water dispenser was not frozen as I had assumed.  I had tried to melt the ice that I had assumed formed in the water line with a hair dryer and ended up deforming the dispenser arm which caused the ice dispenser to stop working as well.  Gary was able to use a shim to get the ice dispenser to work again. He then determined that the valve which supplies water to the ice dispenser only was no longer working.  He replaced the faulty valve and my water dispenser was working again.  While he was behind the refrigerator, he cleaned the coils as preventative maintenance. I would definitely recommend calling Gary if you need a large appliance repaired.

There was a problem with a dishwasher rinsing the dishes clean enough and we thought that maybe it was time to replace it. Decided to call Gary which was a good decision. He pointed out what would cause it to not rinse and made some adjustments which proved to be just what it needed. Still running good! Would highly recommend Gary for his honesty, skill and professionalism!

While Gary arrived a little while after he was originally scheduled, he advised us in advance that he was running late due to a service call taking longer than anticipated.  We were agreeable and he arrived as rescheduled.  He apologized again to demonstrate that he did not take his adjusted arrival time for granted.  He immediately got started to analyze the ice maker situation, performing tests and taking steps to make sure that a replacement of the ice maker unit was absolutely necessary.  He kept me informed each step of the way and clearly explained the problem.  He was neat and was equipped with tools and towels to make sure there was no water spilled as he worked.  He quoted the price and the warranty.  It was quick and painless.  We would definitely call on him again.

I called Gary on Tuesday and he scheduled me in for Friday.  He called me Thursday afternoon to let me know that he van had broken down.  I totally understood that; we have been there.  It's only him that does all the repairs, no other people.  When he arrived Friday, he got to work right away and showed me what was wrong.  Thank God, nothing was broken with our washer.  He showed me how to clean out the piece before the water pump.  He even told me how our front loader works compared to a top loader and how to keep it really clean.  
When the time comes for another repair, I will definetly call him again!

It was a good experience, and I had no complaints about the service. Gary showed up on time, he was honest in his recommedations, and he did a quality job. In fact, I haven't had any problems with the machine since fixed it.

Dishwasher was not working. Gary arrived on time the day after we
called. He diagnosed a motor frozen from lack of use. He lubricated and
cleaned the motor and the washer arms. He was polite and super
professional . He showed my mother how to use all functions of the
washer and showed her some maintenance pointers. He was fantastic and a
pleasure. Highly recommend!!

Gary had the problem mostly diagnosed over the phone and came prepared with the two possible parts. He was on time and gave me a courtesy call before his arrival. He had the problem fixed within the timeframe of his minimum house call charge. I would call him again without a doubt. He repairs large appliances, i.e., stoves, refrigerators, washers, dishwashers, etc. He's a rare gem in the repair business.

Gary was on time and presented a professional appearance. He had the parts required and more importantly all the tools required to do the job. He explained what he found to be the problem, why it caused the problem, and did it without patronizing. It was a good experience and will call Gary for any other appliance problem in the future.
