They would always call at the end of the season to get it done. What good is that ? They also always forgot to bring a new air filter for the air condition unit.

DO NOT BUY YOUR AC FROM THIS COMPANY. I had my a/c installed less than two years ago. Since the I have had them here three times because of the terrible systems they install. Instead of standing by their products, or giving any effort to call Carrier or Bryant to reimburse them for the repairs they put the cost on me. This was after I gave them several other jobs for my friends and family members. No integrity and terrible customer service. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I have used DS Air several times. They are THE BEST AC company I have worked with..honest professional service. I had a service call for a repair and I also needed a routine maintenance on my unit which I was told could be scheduled for another day after the repair. While he was doing the repair the unit needed to be taken apart so he did the maintenance at the same time for no additional cost since the unit was already apart! They have gone out of their way to research whether my unit was still under warranty...they weren't even the company that installed it. They always bend over backwards to fit me in. I can't say enough positive things about them. Terrific service!!!!!

Service was prompt and professional.  However, service techs should be more aware of their smoking habits when on someone's property.  Having an AC unit installed requires windows and doors to be open.  Someone smoking outside of any entrance is not appreciated by non-smokers (nor are the cigarette butts that were thrown on the ground in our yard and patio area).

We were pleased the technician took the time to review our system thoroughly and showed us issues that need to be addressed to correct service issues. We requested quotes for our home and found them to be very reasonable. We plan on contacting them this spring to replace our system.

We had some issues with our old units.  They were pretty much on their last leg.  The cost to fix the units vs installing new units with a 10 year warranty didn't warrant fixing them.  Once I received the quote from DS, I called a couple of other highly rated installers in the area and nobody could come close to the price DS quoted me.  They even threw in the first year of maintenance.

He arrived 45 minutes late without a call or explanation.  He went straight to work on the air compressor.  He said I had mold on my air intake coils and that it would be $225 (I forget the exact amount) to take them out and clean them.  When I asked to see the mold he said maybe it was dust and he could just vacuum it out; he ended up just brushing it out without removing the coils, saving me $225.  He did some other work and noticed my a/c starter battery was corroded.  I asked him to test it and it was nearly dead, so he replaced the starter cap and potential relay.  I signed up for a twice-yearly maint contract which covers my furnace and a/c.  The $386 included the $59 original Angies List A/C checkup deal, $182.75 for the freon and start cap parts, and $145 for the maintenance contract.
