They could charge less. I haven't had too many problems with them other than that. I have the new box and I am very pleased with that, before I had the old broken down box and I wasn't too happy with that. I love the new X1. It's totally different than what their old boxes were. I don't know what the technology is, but the whole format has improved, and you can talk into the remote. You can say "find me romantic movies" and it will. It's an any room DVR, and I can record 4 programs in one and I can be watching the 5th one. It is very well done. I am very happy with it. I don't have a choice but to continue to use them as I have too many trees to use satellite.
