We are a family owned business. We have 2 technicians, one of them being the owner, who is, Marco Tovar. He has 12 years expierence in this occupation . At this moment we don not offer financing, it is ussually 50% at the signing of the proposal and 50% when the job is finished. Called Marco, the owner of the company, for service at 11:30am due to my AC not working properly.
Marco set up an appointment for between 2 and 3pm the same day and at 2:45pm he called to say he was running late and would be here at approx. 3:30pm. He arrived at exactly 3:30pm and quickly diagnosed the problem with the recommended fix. Upon my approval of the estimated cost, he quickly went to work and replaced the defective items, recharged the system, and got me back working to perfection in less than an hour.The quick service, courtesy, and quality of work was outstanding. I highly recommend this service provider for any AC problems you may encounter !!!
