internet service
 + -1 moreCalled AT&T prior to our move to have internet service switched. Once we moved, we never received our new modem in the mail. Had to call to find out where it was and was told the old account had not been cancelled nor had the new account been opened. After being on the phone for an hour and fifty minutes, was told that in order to start my new service it would require a credit check (this after being loyal customers for 10+ years). Then was told we would have to prepay for a new modem (after being told we would get one free, once on the original phone call and again on the follow up call). We decided to switch service providers at that point due to the unprofessional services we received.
Description of Work: Tried to transfer internet service to our new location and did not receive prompt or professional service. Ended up switching to Comcast for internet service after having AT&T for 10+ years.
