Licensed roofing contractor with 6 employees that specialize in residential re-roofing metal,shingles and flat roofs in north central Fla and South Georgia. Licensed thru the state of Fla under NRCA standards and testing. That means unlike most Ga. "Roofing" companies we don't have just a business license but a "Certified Roofing Contractors" license that is controlled and monitored by a professional State agency, (DPBR) and required to carry full General Liability and Workers Comp insurance. License can be viewed at www.myflalicense.com and can see any complaints against my license.(There are no complaints) We provide references for all free quotes given. We do professional work at fair prices and usually compete against others that are not required to carry the same license and insurances that we are required to carry.

a) The new metal roof on the mobile home went on fast and is perfect. They had to remove and fix some rot beneath the old one first, and even got a tree out of the way. Now over a year later, the roof is still perfect.
b) The roof repair on the flat roof took a couple of tries, but they came back until it was fixed. They used better material than the other roofers, and their price was actually better! With a warranty! Now over a year later, it is still leak-free, but the rest of the roof needs them to come work on it!
We are extremely satisfied and would hire them again in a heartbeat.
After finding water coming into my kitchen wall during a rainstorm,I assumed it was time for a new roof for my nearly 20 year old mobile home.I called Affordable Roofing and requested an estimate,a few hours later the owner (Dennis) arrived.He climbed up on the roof and did all the necessary measurements and returned to the ground.I was bracing myself for the bad news,when Dennis told me my shingles were in really good condition for their age.He also said he had spotted a damaged shingle in the area of the kitchen leak.He gave me 3 free shingles and made arrangements for a handyman to come by and install them later that same day!The man saved me several thousand dollars and a lot of aggravation.When I need roofing work done in the future I will be calling Affordable Roofing!
