Affordable Roofing CFI

Terrible. In June of 2022 They installed a new metal roof on my home without providing for crawlspace/attic venting. I found the issue as I prepared to replace the ceiling. If I would have not found the issue, the ENTIRE roof and ceiling would have been ruined due to condensation and inevitable mold issues. The owner was unresponsive for months. When I was finally able to communicate (he wouldn't answer phone, blocked calls, etc. had to call from a different number). He wanted to charge me to install vents. When I informed him he didn't install the roof properly, he texted "Call another roofer". Fittingly, I would recommend you do the same. a) The new metal roof on the mobile home went on fast and is perfect. They had to remove and fix some rot beneath the old one first, and even got a tree out of the way. Now over a year later, the roof is still perfect. b) The roof repair on the flat roof took a couple of tries, but they came back until it was fixed. They used better material than the other roofers, and their price was actually better! With a warranty! Now over a year later, it is still leak-free, but the rest of the roof needs them to come work on it! We are extremely satisfied and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

After finding water coming into my kitchen wall during a rainstorm,I assumed it was time for a new roof for my nearly 20 year old mobile home.I called Affordable Roofing and requested an estimate,a few hours later the owner (Dennis) arrived.He climbed up on the roof and did all the necessary measurements and returned to the ground.I was bracing myself for the bad news,when Dennis told me my shingles were in really good condition for their age.He also said he had spotted a damaged shingle in the area of the kitchen leak.He gave me 3 free shingles and made arrangements for a handyman to come by and install them later that same day!The man saved me several thousand dollars and a lot of aggravation.When I need roofing work done in the future I will be calling Affordable Roofing!

They were professional and very knowledgeable. When I do get my roof done, I'll probably be using them.

It was my lucky day . When the storm finally ended, it left me with lake front property and roof damage that my insurance company said they would not cover. I called a few roofers that friends recommended, they came looked at everything and said they would get back to me. Well to make a long story short that never happened. Discouraged I looked on Angie's List and called Affordable Roofing Company. This very pleasant and professional woman answered and when I explained my situation she told me she had someone in the area and they would be out later that day. I was sceptical to say the least. After several calls to the house for directions Dennis didn't give up and finally made it. He took a look at the damage and gave me an estimate on the spot. Within a few days Dennis and his team came out and did the repairs with expertise and professionalism . Way to go Dennis. Not only would I recommend Affordable Roofing But I would use them again... If I need to .

He came over to measure my roof and give me an estimate. He answered all my questions but I have to put the roofing job off until next year but I definitely will use him because he answered my questions, gave me samples and bid on the project. The man who came out was real honest, explained everything and gave me a very detailed list of what he would do. I feel his $8,000 estimate was reasonable and I will use him again in the future.
