Zachary's Chem-Dry picked up 3 area rugs and cleaned them so we'll they look brand new. Two were synthetic, and one of those was absolutely filthy. The third was an unusual loom-woven silk carpet that I'd bought in Morocco. They took the time to figure out what it was and the best way to clean it. Courteous professional service from beginning to end, and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.

I talked to them on the phone, but I did not use them. They were going to do all the carpets. I only had a short timeline and I wanted to have the carpets cleaned before the furniture arrived. Carpet cleaning had to be done in all of the rooms. The quote was for over $1500. They were quick to respond and fairly helpful on the phone. They were friendly and everything. It also seemed like a quality product. However, their price was a lot higher than that of another company. It was a little more than twice.

Tech showed on time and was ready to go. He went over the job with me and made me feel he understood my requirements. Took 1.5 hours with minimal intrusion in the house. We have several large dogs and I had shown him several pet stains . The tech listened to me and took care of the areas of concern. It's been a week since we had this carpet cleaned and those areas haven't re-appeared . Carpet was dry in about 2 hours after the tech left. Good experience and I'd use them again.

Serviceman was very professional and did a great job. The process made a noticeable difference on our carpets. The price was very competitive considering the type of process they use. The steam and water cleaners are much cheaper but leave the carpet too wet, which can cause damage and mold to pad.

They called to ask if they could come an hour early, then they showed up an hour late. We later found clumps of hair and debris around the edges of the carpet as a result of their process, but they didn't bother to clean that up. Very unprofessional and a poor job all around. I would not use them again.

I found Chem Dry to be very professional. I was a little disappointed because in some of the areas they cleaned, you could not really see a visible difference. They did show up on time, however and worked hard while they were in my home. I would not be opposed to using them again per say. I do wish they would lower their prices a little.

He arrived on time, moved the furniture that was requested. The cleaner was fast, courteous, and professional. There wasn't an area missed.

The crew arrived at my home right when they said they would and did a good job. Zacharys Chem Dry crew cleaned up everything and our carpets look great. Overall a very pleasant experience, and I would hire them again if needed.

I have used the Zachary's before, and their work has always been excellent. I like the dry-cleaning process because I have hardwood floors under the carpeting, and I do not want them to be damaged. They do a wonderful job and my carpets always look great when they are finished.
