At first it was great, they showed a nice home.  Worked with the owner to get repairs needed approved, communicated well and prompt. They advertised the home to have fresh paint, new carpet and new appliances, when I viewed the home it had very old appliances and carpet.  The walls had been poorly spray painted, along with the windows, blinds, and floor. Guess the painter did not get paid enough to use masking tape or drop cloths. I agreed to live with this poor paint job but was told the appliances would be replaced prior to my move in. When I moved in the very old appliances were replaced with beat up used appliances, and the dishwasher did not work. It took 3 weeks to get that fixed. Upon leaving the home, they laid an improper claim to my security deposit. No damages were done to the home, and there was no vacancy between my exit and the new tenants moving in.
This agency is out to get you and rip you off, stay away. You will end up fighting them to get what is rightfully yours.
