I ordered a children's wooden playset for my daughter's birthday and they were able to install it within 5 days of my order to have it ready for her party. They were very professional and accommodating. Removed my old playset at no extra charge and did a great job installing the new set for me.  Overall my children and their friends were very happy!!!

I was in search of a nice playset for my backyard. I searched many stores, looking at the varying qualities from Walmart, ToysRUs, Costco, others online as well as Childlife, Woodplay, and Backyard Adventures. It seemed you get what you pay for! At first I had no desire to pay more than a $1,000 for a playset for my kids but after looking at the quality of those, I found my budget going up and up. I ended up purchasing a Woodplay playset from Woodplay of Jacksonville. They were having a sale, and given they are a "factory owned" store their prices were actually lower than if my sister bought one from Woodplay in Orlando. I decided to 'splurge' and buy the high end redwood one as it comes with a better warranty, and given I was spending so much, I wanted to ensure it would last! Also, the price of the Woodplay INCLUDED installation which was a huge plus for me as my husband and I would have taken days and many arguments to put it together! The 2 men team were able to assemble it in just hours and it looks great. Bud, the owner at the store, was extremely helpful in answering my many many questions as I debated for weeks on which swing set to buy. I also visited the "Backyard Adventures" store in Jacksonville and found that while their prices were about the same (again, high end swing sets) I wasn't as impressed with the quality or the service from that owner. While I still can't believe I ended up spending $3,000 for a swing set, you do get what you pay for and it is a very high quality redwood set which my kids love. For example, the beams are thicker, the rock wall is built better, the 3 swing beam has one swing separate and gives more room per swing, etc. If you are in the market for a swing set that is built to last, I would recommend buying from Bud at Woodplay of Jacksonville.
