Window Service
By that time I had 5 other windows going bad. The Windows Depot workers looked at the problem & they said the windows needed to be replaced. The employees told me they would notify the owners & have them call me back. I did not hear from them. For months now I have been calling and leaving messages, and no one will respond. Finally I got the receptionist (mother of the owners) and after telling her the problem she said she would let the owners know. Out of the blue, Benji Nicks, one of the owners, called me asking to sell me some health supplements. At that time he informed me that the company that made the windows for them has gone out of business. He told me they had been discussing my windows and since I was a good customer they would replace them for me. I did not hear from them again. I kept calling & getting the receptionist. Finally last November I called the receptionist & she told me they were not going to do anything about the problem.
I have a contract from Windows Depot that warrants these windows as long as I live in the house. Now I am in a rut. If I replace any of the windows myself it will void the warranty contract. I can only get these windows through Windows Depot. They are refusing to replace the windows claiming the window supplier went out of business. My contract is with them and not with the window supplier. The signed warranties are with Windows Depot. They are responsible to honor the contract with me. Now all of my windows in the front, and most of the windows in the back have gone bad.
I want to let people know to beware of this company, that they do not honor their contracts.
