David was very professional and the finished product is exactly we were looking for. There was one issue with a leak in the roof however it was quickly resolved and we have had no other issues.

Job was bid, permit form was provided for wrong county.  Delay.  Correct permit provided, two weeks delay when we were finally told the job would begin.  Then we were told the delay was due to the county being back logged for files.  Not True.  Work begin and was completed in a day and a half.  The dumpster was left in the middle of the drive way for another day and a half with failure to return our calls and lack of communication.  Work is still not fully complete three weeks later.  Owner does not return calls, lies about inspection thinking that we are not smart enough to pull the information from the county website....

This is shady business practice and a poor way to do business.  I would not fire this firm for any work ever on my home again.

The installation was very professional and Wesley stopped by often during the installation to check up on progress and quality. Our friends saw the completed job and hired Wesley do a part of their Lanai also. After these past few years the patio has held up well, no leaks, etc.

David was very professional in his approach to determining what we needed, sizes, colors and other options. We enjoyed doing business him and recommend him to anyone with similar building needs.

Had four companies provide estimates in September 2012 for extension of our current patio roof to encompass an existing outdoor kitchen. Wesley patio roofs was not only the lowest bid but in speaking with David Wesley he struck me as very knowledgable. Due to unforeseen circumstances we weren't able to begin construction until Feburary 2013. David's employees were on the site at the appointed time, demo of part of the current roof and consutruction of the new 27 ft addition happened all in one day. I didn't realize how quickly everything would go up. Caught me a little off guard and had to play catch up to order the cieling fans for the electricians to install.
David stopped by several times to review the progress. Inspectors were scheduled and inspections passed. Electricians were out the following week to install the electricity and the new cieling fans. Once that inspection was complete we were all finished. From demolition to completion was probably about 2 weeks. Definately wish I would have done this years ago. We are throughly enjoying the new addition and are looking forward to many summers in the shade!!

Two workers cut, assembled, and erected the frame, then installed screen over the course of four days. They picked up their construction debris and left the area clean. Excellent quality and we are pleased with our new recreation area.

Did a great job. Got this name from a friend and a perfectionist, so I know this guy would do a good job. We have an exotic bird we needed to have a place for, so we glassed a room in. I am very satisfied.
