They arrived on time; very neat and worked efficiently. Initially we were put into contact with Wayne Conn by our kitchen remodeler. However, we will very likely use them for any future plumbing needs.

They did a good job and I was happy with them. They were reasonable and excellent. I was pleasantly surprised. I was very happy. They were on time and did not nickle and dime me. They did other things and did not charge me extra. He gave me a price and did it. One or two extras that didn't mean much but he put it and did not charge me anything. He was very reasonable. They was one thing that he missed the outside hose pump and he was out the next day replacing it. It was no big deal. But he could have said he can come out when he gota chance, but he was right out there and put it in without any problems.

They showed up prior to the start time we agreed upon (Early is on time, right?) and performed all of the work we requested. There was no mess for me to clean up after the fact as it was left cleaner than when they came!

Excellent! I was really happy with them, very happy about the price, I thought it would cost more, price was the lowest bid out of all the offers, any extra work was charged by 1/4 hour instead of 1/2 hour like competition, no nickel and diming, everything was true very honest. I called him back two weeks later after something we both forgot (outdoor hose) and he was out there the next day working on it no questions asked.

Showed up promptly; seemed to be very experienced; worked diligently and cleaned up afterward; good job under difficult circumstances (in bathroom not much bigger than a postage stamp). I have more work remodeling work to be done and will call them again. Highly recommend.

The plumber strongly encouraged us to replace the plumbing in that area because of the buildup. They did get it unplugged, and they said it was a big buildup. They were on time and very respectful of my home and clean up every time they have been out.

This time out, they had to trace some water leakage my wife noticed and were able to do this and have everything fixed very quickly.

Wonderful! Wayne Conn called before they were coming and they were even a little early! They replaced the kitchen faucet and cleaned up the work area. They boxed up the old faucet and took it away for me. I was very pleased and they even looked at my water heater (needed to make it hotter) at no extra charge.

I scheduled my water heater to be replaced, thought that is what I needed. When Vernon got here he asked what my water heater was doing and I said I was running out of hot water before I was through showering. He examined the water heater and told me it did not need to be replaced, one of the elements was burned out. He replaced both elements. Also drained the hot water heater. An unethical person would probably have sold me a hot water heater I didn't need for a lot more money as I was expecting that and thought I needed one. How wonderful.
