I would recommend this company to EVERYONE! The entire process from survey to job completion was smooth and professional. Fair price and no haggling! The crew that performed the work was very professional and attentive to detail; they cut my trees exactly as I requested. I'm so happy with the work they did today!

I called this company on Monday and just received a call back on Thursday. The man on the phone told me that he would not even drive up to give me a quote because it was an hour away. He also stated that the minimum he would do my job for would be 3000 without even seeing the job first. Considering that other tree removal services drove up from Jacksonville and quoted me $1200 to do the job, obviously I’m not going to use this company or call them ever again. I don’t mind paying for a good service but if you don’t want to work then don’t.

They were prompt, had sufficient crew and tools and got the job done with clean-up and debris removal ed. All of this on a hot summer day.

Warming Tree Services was incredibly professional and did a perfect job. Had a large tree taken down in the front yard and, once it was all done, you would have never known anything was there. Great customer service and a very timely and efficient process. I highly recommend and will hire again for any of our future tree needs. A loyal customer is created.

Fantastic! When we need tree work, we call Warming Tree Services! They are efficient professionals that do great work. They took all the debris away so the yard was left just like they’d never been there.

Called their office to make an appointment. The estimator (Barry?) called me back within a day and we made an appointment for later in the week. I took a day off from work to be available, since they do not offer Saturday estimates. The estimator did not show and did not call. Perhaps they are better than this, but this was my experience. Hard to give anything but an "F" for this experience.

Went well. I went with them because they had a large crew and felt they would get the job done well and in one day. They arrived on time, with a large crew of at least 12 and three trucks. They completed the job in 5 hours. As I learned with most of the tree quotes I got, one has to ask if haul away includes the stump grinding. Warming Tree didn't mention that is DOES not, but luckily I asked and had the serviced added.

Exceeded expectations. Warming Tree Service arrived on-time, cut all trees, grinded stumps and removed debris. Service was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Warming Tree Service was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were on time for their estimate appt and they gave a written estimate with details and sketches of which trees were to be cut down. They called & confirmed the day prior to scheduled service day & were prompt the following morning to start work. They came out with several men & divided into two teams. Both teams were very meticulous & efficient every step of the way. I had a couple of challenging trees which they handled very well l, I believe because they were meticulous and calculating. The clean up was excellent. Really couldn't ask for more. Finally, the price was very competitive. I would definitely use them again.

They gave me a great quote and were prompt and efficient performing the services.

A large Oak tree fell in my neighbor's yard. There is an small, one-lane access road through my front yard to get to the neighbor's house. Warming Tree Service was hired to remove the fallen Oak. Despite my car being in the driveway, the crew proceeded to trim all of the trees lining the drive without knocking on my door to inform me or get my consent. Now I have several mature Japanese Plum trees and a number of other mature growth trees completely devoid of branches on one side. Their explanation was that they needed to trim the branches so they could get their trucks in. Had they asked, I would have given them permission to take their trucks over my lawn, which would recover much more quickly. Very disappointed in the lack of communication. In light of my neighbor's tree falling, I will be having all of my trees inspected and trimmed as needed. I will definitely NOT be using Warming Tree Service.

A very good and professional service! The team appeared exactly when they said they would, trimmed the tree and left the area as clean as it was before they performed their work. We plan to use Warming Tree Service again when the tree needs to be trimmed.

After I called they were punctual  in scheduling to come out to give an estimate.  We were satisfied with the estimate since a friend had recommended this company for tree service.  Gene who came out for the estimate also gave us very good information on care for our citrus trees.  They called very quickly to schedule the service.  They showed up on time and had a full crew.  The men in the crew were all very nice and courteous.  They quickly got to work and removed the two trees we requested as well as cut off a large vine that would have eventually killed another tree in the yard.  They cleaned up the whole area and ground the one stump as requested.  Overall they were very efficient.  I would recommend them and use them for any future tree service needs.

We recently used Warming to remove a large Water Oak that was dying. They arrived on time, bringing several trucks and a full crew.  They were professional and extremely efficient and respectful.  They were able to bring the tree down and leave the property in great shape in less than three hours.  Their prices were great and everything they did showed an attention to detail.  Highly recommended.

Warming Tree Service is absolutely the best tree company that we have ever used. This is the third time that we have had them come and trim our trees. They arrive on time and remove all debris when they finish. Except for the fact that the trees look great, you would never know that they were there. We will definitely have them come back every two years to trim and shape our trees and have recommended them to several other people.

Prompt, professional and fair pricing. All my interactions with Warming have been excellent from the initial contact, estimate for servies and work being completed. Once work was completed the cleanup was excellent; no debris left behind.

It went very well. Happy with the services they provided. They were on time.  Removed the trees and cleaned up the areas.  Seemed to take pride in what they were doing.

This company is amazing. I live in St. Augustine, and needed an arborist to come out and provide some information on a large Live Oak tree on our lot. I called 3 companies in Jacksonville, 2 of which never responded, and the other company saying I was too far away and to call Warming Tree service. I called Warming and left a message and Gene called back almost immediately. Even though Warming Tree Service was also located in Jacksonville, Gene was more than happy to come out and provide a consultation the following day. He arrived on time, stayed as long as we needed in order for us to feel fully informed, and was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. This is the way every company should be, and strive to be.
I don't know why they're listed lower on the arborist list on Angie's List, but they should be at the top. I called and left a message for the top company on the list, and they were one that never returned my call. If you need an arborist, call these guys!

I can't see enough positive things about Warming Tree Service & how they handled my emergency.
I had a tree fall on my house at 1215 on a Friday afternoon. After calling the emergency number, Rick was on site by 1pm & had a crew of guys here by 2pm.  
His team spent the time it took to pull their men off a job that wasn't an emergency to ensure they had the tree removed before nightfall & possible rain....all on a Friday afternoon.
The tree was so large, they had to order a crane & remove additional trees on my side yard to accomdate the crane. There were 3 different trucks on site that day to handle the debris & remove the tree.  They had a crane on site by 4pm the same day & removed the tree off my roof by 630pm that day.  
Also, my insurance company had not contacted me yet & they helped me with recommending a company that was able to come that night to cover the holes with plywood & put up tarps in order to make sure my house was protected from the elements.
They returned the following Monday to finish the job!
I would highly recommend this Company & I am a very satisfied customer!!
