Nick at Velocity Flow Heating & Cooling did an awesome job in properly diagnosing the source of the problem with my central air and heat package unit. He made a necessary repair, and he explained to me how my system works. I appreciate Nick's expertise and professionalism in answering all of my questions. He made me feel at ease, and my system is running again! Amber at Velocity Flow Heating & Cooling provided excellent customer service by notifying me when Nick was on his way to my home.
