Would highly recommend this company, we started with safer ouch but weren't very happy.

I told him the remote contol wasn't working at my house. He moved all around my yard and told me I had to stand in this one specific spot to get it to work. I called and talked to the manager and she said she would call me back and she never returned my call.

Very bad experience. Do you yourself a favor and use safetouch.

They are very good to call when the alarm goes off to make sure everything is OK. We have to give them a password so they know that it was an accident and that there is not an emergency. A couple of months ago, neither of us were home and they could not reach us. They finally called my daughter and told her that the alarm went off, but there was no sign of a break in when the police were sent out.

As above, the service was excellent. They are a first class organization and will work with the customer.

Tried to get them to correct often times not calling when my alarm goes off. They have been rude, unresponsive, and want more money to try to solve why their equipment does not work.

We met Mike Richards via the Chamber of Commerce in Flagler county. He has provided exceptional service and whenever there has been an issue (alarm system had a minor bug in the beginning), he went beyond the call of duty to ensure we had the problem fixed. He came out and assessed the previous system that had been installed (different company) and was able to provide us coverage using the existing equipment. He didn't try to hard sell us, but asked us questions to figure out what we were wanting most in a home security system. It's been several months now and we're very happy with the company, the security system and specifically Mike Richards.

We have used them for years and they have a quick response time.

The salesperson wrote the order and the installers called prior to arrival on the agreed upon date. The installation took about an hour with two men working, they checked it out and were professional in their work including clean up.

Again, I feel, overall, I did get treated fairly. Even though I wasn't prepared to pay $200 for the fire alarm (it was between $150-200) when they scratched my table, and I suggested they reimburse me for the alarm in lieu of scratches they had no problem doing that. And again when I had the problem with the alarm, and they sent out the tech, when I expressed my concerns to another supervisor about this, and the fact that nothing could have happened to my phone line between the time of the install and the time the problem occurred, he agreed and they just never bothered me about it again! To me, this is good customer service. Most company's are NOT like this; most will suck you until you are dry, but they did not and for this I will certainly remain a loyal customer. This is all we want, for someone to see it from OUR (the customers) point of view once in awhile and I feel that they did this for me!

Very good communication from company in regards to appointment times, etc. Very prompt and courteous sales people and technicians. Technician was very thorough in explaining the system. The project cost is the monthly rate ($19.95) for 36 months.

The whole job was perfect. I was very pleased with the service and I would recommend them to anyone. They were done with the job in a fair amount of time and the whole systems was explained very well to us. I am overall pleased with the service.

Reasonably priced considering tech was at my house for 7 hours. Very professional, clean and now I feel secure.

We had a wonderful experience with Certified Security Systems. The repairman was very helpful. He reprogrammed the system without any problems. I had a few questions, and he answered them effortlessly.
