Steer clear of this business, after almost 10 months to remodel our master bath and make it handicap accessible we have to start over. They sub out the work with absolutely no oversight. There is literally nothing that they did that doesn't need to be redone. If the pictures go through keep in mind that this is all brand new. The tile you see is the third attempt, the shower walls and floor are the third attempt. The ceiling is the third attempt, they didn't even scrape off the first two attempts or tape the seams of the new sheet rock so the weight of all the plaster and lack of tape is cracking the ceiling and it's already starting to sag. The new cabinets are covered in over spray and damaged. The caulk work is already splitting away where they even bothered to do it, plus the excess caulk will end up wiped on your walls and baseboards, no rags required for this company. There are about 15 tiles that are not even stuck to the concrete, many are chipped and misaligned. They have no protocol for construction dust so your house will be covered in that. I am willing to meet with anyone who wishes to vet this company. I have many more photos and videos of the time they spent in our house. The floor gets wet because the placement of the floor for the shower was not below the level of the floor, they remedied that by placing a hard rubber strip that prevents a wheel chair to go over it so access to the shower is impossible. The shower is too small for the shower chair that the design was to accommodate plus there is not enough room for a caregiver to fit into the shower to assist the client. This struggle has been going on for almost a year now; and no shower arrangements for the disabled client. A very sad situation especially for someone who has so little to enjoy. A shower with safety is not too much to ask; unless incompetent and uncaring people are involved.

Supervision of workers was inadequate. Construction errors were made and several things had to be redone - in some cases more than once. The project took much longer than we were told initially. Communication was not good. Final result was a functional house in need of further work to fix things left undone and/or damaged. Tile work in the shower area was not done satisfactorily. The contractor arranged for some corrections to make it somewhat more aesthetically acceptable. 6 months after completion of the job, the contractor honored the warranty in a timely fashion to fix an area of the shower floor where tiles had become loose. We are hopeful that this will not be a recurring problem.
