Final result was a functional house in need of further work to fix things left undone and/or damaged. Tile work in the shower area was not done satisfactorily. The contractor arranged for some corrections to make it somewhat more aesthetically acceptable.
6 months after completion of the job, the contractor honored the warranty in a timely fashion to fix an area of the shower floor where tiles had become loose. We are hopeful that this will not be a recurring problem.
"This is an older post from a project completed early 2015 and has been re-posted on this site. This not an accurate review of our services, staff or craftsmanship. We responded to the initial post as follows ..."We appreciate the opportunity given to be a part of this project as with any of our projects and were disappointed to see this client's review as we pride ourselves on assisting those with special / accessibility and or aging in place needs. We strive to provide a quality product, that provides both function and aesthetics. This is an unfortunate and inaccurate review. The work that was completed was actually very nice, completed ahead of schedule, within budget and at the end, provided the client a safer and more accessible home. All work was inspected by the funding source as well as the city and both passed and signed off as scope completed and compliant."
