They do very good work. I would recommend them to other Angie's List members without hesitation or qualification for all of your small engine repair and pressure washing equipment needs. They are very knowledgeable and we have had many great experiences with them over the years.

One of the staff members called to say my repair was finished. They gave me an itemized receipt showing what they did which was: drained out old gas, pulled carb and cleaned, pulled pump off replaced main seal, changed oils, cleaned air filter and spark plug, aired up tires, tested unit and reset pressure regulator. Staff was friendly and courteous. Shop was clean. I even bought some things they recommended so I would not have the same problem next year. I purchased some pump savor and startrone gas treatment. They told me to add the gas treatment to my gas can and to put pump savor in the pump when I put it up after use. They also sold me an extension for my gun and I am so glad they did, I was able to clean my house without getting wet. I will be taking all my repairs there from now on. I will also go to Under Pressure for anything I need with my pressure washer, they had everything imaginable to go with pressure washing. They also informed me that they fix all small engines, lawn mowers etc.

My company is Safe Touch Pressure Washing in Jacksonville Florida. I used to purchase most of my pressure washing supplies online because they were sometime cheaper. However 60% of the time they would send me the wrong item and after shipping charges it was about the same price. Its hard to identify a problem over the phone when you can get face to face personal service. Customer service to me is #1 and even if I could find the same item online for less, I learned the hard way that saving becomes more expensive or complicated. 
Under Pressure has all the superstores like Home Depot, Lowes or other tool sales companies beat. They have staff that understand your needs and what you should buy.
