TURF TECH LAWN SPRAYING INC

Let my lawn turn into a wasteland! I had Turf Tech for several years and the last two years I started having a problem with Dove weed. Very nasty weed. It could easily be controlled if they took the time and effort necessary to control it. Like most lawn care companies they have their set schedule of fertilizer and basic weed control herbicides. I met with their manager Andy several times to voice my concern and offered solutions but they were never acted on. They seemed to be clueless on how to properly treat the problem. When I asked them to treat the nut sedge, they charged me $180 extra for 2 treatments. That didn't work either. I ended up buying a product called Sledgehammer and treating that weed myself. I ended up putting down 5 pallet of sod this year to repair the damaged lawn from Dove weed. I would not recommend this company.

I had them service my yard for over 10 years. Last three years noticed more weeds and brown patches. Final straw was last November 2019 when a new technician over applied and burned out my yard. Manager promised in spring to re did effected areas. Several months and follow ups in spring and no sod provided. Terminated contract and doing myself now following local nursery treatment schedule.

Had wonder service with weed control. My issue came when I called them in regards to my yearly contract running out and to find out what their reasoning in doing an extra visit and charging me for it. I spoke with Felicia and she was not able to help me with understanding the issue. She became rude on the phone with me which I did not appreciate. I finally asked to speak with the manager and I was informed that he was not in and would call me back. I never heard from him. Very poor customer service!

When Turf Tech took over services of my lawn my grass went from healthy, green and strong to brown and full of weeds.  When I called about weeds I was told that my service provider would take care of them - that did not happen.

The treatment was determental to the lawn -- browned areas throughout.  It is now permanently damaged.

After several years of lawn care by this company, I began to notice that my grass was not looking as well as I would have liked. In fact the grass in my back yard had deteriorated so much that I had very little grass at all. I just felt my money could be better spent with a company who communicated more with the customer and terminated service with Turf Tech, Inc in January of this year.

They work with you and charge you only when they come out for the treatment. They are very nice!

I am a relatively new customer. Turf Tech seems to be a top notch organization. My technician Sean, goes out of his way to make sure my lawn is properly treated. I have had 1 call back for weed control since I started the service. We are definitely making progress in the appearance of my lawn. In all fairness to them, I had one area that was in really bad shape.

They do a good job. I have no complaints.

TurfTech started off well, treating the weeds and calling before they arrived so locked gates could be opened. As the year progressed, we had to call frequently to have the yard re-treated. Their applicators also had a habit of overspraying onto ornamental grasses in planting beds (killing them) and overspraying the occasional fruit tree (killing it). In the end, it just wasn't worth the monthly calls to have them come back and do what they were paid to do.

I've used Turf Tech for lawn fertilization and treatment for several years and have always been happy with their service. I have dogs in the back yard and Turf Tech has been accommodating enough to call before they come treat the yard so that I can lock the dogs in the house. When I called them to treat fire ants, they were able to come out the same day and treat. They use a bait system to kill the ants, and it does take some time to be effective. It's been about 2 weeks now and I'm not seeing the fire ants all over the yard any longer.

They always leave a note on what they did and who the tech was. They are very explicit on what they did and if you need more work done, they will try to reach you to talk to you in person and let you know. We are very pleased with them.

Oh my God this company is awesome! I have been using them for the last six years and I have the best lawn in the neighborhood! I don't have to call them they know when to show up and what to spray for. I tried to do it on my own and it was always a frustrating experience. Weeds under control, grass as green as it gets. They did such a good job on the yard that I hired them to do the indoor pest control as well. It is amazing that they can come only once a year and even though we have a cat and dog, we get no fleas, no ticks and the only roaches we ever see are dead ones. I would highly recommend them to any one.

They always get the work done on time and the company is friendly people. They really make sure to answer all of our questions. The prices are reasonable as well. We pay per visit and also signed a yearly contract.

I have been using Turf Tech Lawn Spraying for years. They got rid of the crabgrass and weeds around my home that other companies could not do. I would recommend them.
