The guy came, put a ton of bait around the house (inside the house) which drew the critters in, instead of out. Made the problem 10 times worse (started with a few ants, after they came 6 times, my house looked like Jumanji!) Had to hire someone else to fix the problem which at that point was a lot more expensive. Best is, they still billed me for the crappy, sub-par job they did. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy.

Worst service ever.  Didn't kill anything.  I had a rat in the garage, roaches in the house and something ate all my grass.  Over the 2-years i used them, i setup 2 onsite appointments (one to retreat inside the house) and a second to assess the lawn - they were no-show for both.  I called no less than 3 times to cancel my service - i had to wait for my credit card to expire before i could be rid of them.

!.They explain the services they have 2. you pick one 3. they call and send a reminder they are coming several days before day of service 4. They let you know if it's the inside or outside one 5> THEY ARE courteous, on time and respect any instructions you may have to give them. I say use them..

MY YARD SERVICE IS/WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE.  LAST SPRING,  I HAD SO MANY DOLLAR WEEDS THAT I ASSUMED I DID NOT HAVE YARD SERVICE AT THIS HOME.  WHEN I LEARNED I WAS PAYING FOR IT, I CALLED AND TOLD THEM SOMEONE NEEDED TO COME, NOW, OR I WAS READY TO CANCEL BOTH SERVICES AT BOTH LOCATIONS.  THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE, BUT GUESS WHAT..... THE WEEDS ARE BACK.  (THEY WILL TELL ME WE HAVE HAD LOTS OF RAIN.)

Everything but their lawn service has been okay. I do not use their lawn service anymore or pest control. Someone else does the lawn and I do regular pest control myself.
