This has been the worst experience with any vendor that I can remember.
The driveway doesn't match the front walkway to the house or the lanai. We picked the same color for everything and it's simply not what we ordered. Tremron sent out their rep to look and he actually argued with us about how the tone of the driveway and lanai don't match because the full pavers come from a different manufacturing batch than the remodeling pavers. As consumers we don't care about the reason - they simply need to be a better match. That's all they needed to do, was get them to be a closer match.
The only thing we were ever told when picking out the pavers was that the pavers we chose, based on the show room sample, would vary in tone...we now have a walkway that looks stupid and a lanai that doesn't match the driveway.
But the worst challenge is dealing with their complete inability to empathize with the customer. Their arrogance is remarkable as they continued to argue with me that we should have understood the difference in pavers.
Finally after repeated attempts at calling them and emails they agreed to supply a limited number of pavers in the lighter colors to blend in and match better to what we wanted, but they only delivered enough to correct the small area in the front of the house to better blend with the driveway. They did not send enough to do the lanai. Even now, they're still a ways apart and we're praying that sealing the driveway pavers will cut down on the difference in color.
While the driveway is lighter and has tones of sandstone and gray, the lanai has NO sandstone or gray and is tones of red and brown. And if anybody would like to see the pictures of the variation in color, I'm happy to share them!
So, I've written to them and contacted the president of the company. We'll see if I hear anything encouraging tomorrow. I've contacted the local news station's consumer support hotline. I've set up a tweet stream on their poor service and on Wednesday I'll start a blog series called, "Tremron: We're not happy until you're unhappy!" In addition, I'm bringing in an attorney and if necessary taking Tremron to court over the misrepresentation of the product.
Sadly, this could have all been avoided had they simply taken us seriously, responded with a sense of urgency and brought in enough of the sandstone and gray pavers to change the tone of the lanai. That's all we asked for from the beginning!

I was hoping for a discount but Mark Normington at Tremron did much more. He organized the donation of the pavers for the entire job (a 4 x50 foot path).   This provided a great service for completion of our wish for our wish child. It allowed him access to an otherwise unreachable part of his yard.
It would have been very unlikely that this portion of his wish would have been financially feasible for the non-profit Make-A-Wish Foundation.  
Because of Tremron's support we were able to not only provide a modified swing set but a safe way to get there too. The generous support of this representative and his company also allows Make-A-Wish the opportunity to use funds we otherwise may have used for this wish to help other children with life threatening illnesses receive their wishes too. 
These wishes mean so much to our wish children so the more we're able to grant the bigger the difference we can make in their young lives.
 
The service provided by this company will be invaluable to this young wish child.  His home life will forever be changed with the addition of this wheelchair friendly walkway to allow him mobility around his own yard.

Pavers they sold us came from a batch that were made from defective sand that had minerals in it-- the pavers are now rusting. And deteriorating. They acknowledged the problem but said they could not afford to fix it due to all the costumers.
