Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel, Marble and Granite Service + 1 more
STEER CLEAR! Something not right with this company. Husband and wife duo. He seems very knowledgable and easy to deal with. SHE is another story. Her lack of professionalism and inability to communicate in a timely manner is beyond comprehension. Having to inundate someone with text messages, emails and phone calls just to get a reply is absurd. She truly came up with every excuse in the book. My phone died, I was in the hospital, we were busy with family stuff, blah blah blah. In addition to that, I caught her in multiple lies, she made unathorized charges to my card, she repeatedly put my job off for one reason or another, she charged me for material and then wouldn't allow me to view it in person, she cancelled appointments, etc. etc. etc. I finally had enough and cancelled the entire job. Overall they seem very fly by night. They continually change their company name, they have mulptiple phone numbers and addresses. They most recently went by North Florida Granite and are now Treasure Coast Kitchen but have also been several other names in the past. Do your research. Check out Google, Yelp, Thumbtack, etc. They even have ads posted on Groupon and Craig's List. Very shady/sketchy people in general. Just find a more established, professional and credible source for your marble and granite needs and don't get sucked in by their lower fabricaton price of $30psf. Just remember what your mom always told you, "you get what you pay for" and in this case, these folks are the epitome of that!
