TOUCHTON PLUMBING CONTRACTORS

This company hires unstable and dangerous workers. They break the law in parking work vehicles in residential zones. They encourage their employees to store work vehicles in residential zones, which caused several residents to call to ask them to move them. When the trucks continued to be parked illegally, code enforcement had to be involved. Due to the work truck issue, a Touchton Plumbing employee started targeting me and other neighbors for harassment. They do not vet their employees well, nor do they do anything to mitigate concerns of people who are victims of their employees actions. It went very well. They were fast and efficient.

Touchton was on time and had the correct equipment on his truck. He came prepared to handle our mess. Touchton new exactly what he was doing. He was as meet as you can be with a messy job. After running his spring tubes thru our pipe for over 60' he got the job done. Touchton cleaned his spring piping as he removed it from our pipe. He left our kitchen as he found it, in perfect condition. We have used Touchton for over 20yrs. They have handled many major jobs for me over the years, I have found all their employees to be well trained. We would defiantly give them a "A".

We chose Touchton Plumbing because their pricing was more affordable than some of the other plumbing companies we had called. Michelle the receptionist and Aaron our plumber were both friendly and professional. We provided the kitchen faucet ourselves and bought the professional grade Pro Flo fill valve for the toilet from Touchton Plumbing. We highly recommended Touchton Plumbing Contractors.

Touchton did an AMAZING job. Pinpointing the problem, then returning to fix the leak with minimal disruption to our tile. Price was right because Kevin worked quickly to resolve the leak. Touchton is our plumber for anything else that may come.

Everything was great, I wish all my contractors were like these guys. They did quality work, did not over sell and really made sure I was satisfied with the job. I will definitely use them again.
