+ -1 moreMy rental had consistent backups—slow toilets, sluggish drains, and tenant complaints about backups during rainy weather. I called Totally Hooked and spoke with the owner, Scott. He sent his A-team, who provided a free video drain inspection and clearly explained the issues with my main sewer line. The house is old, and the sewer line was severely damaged. The team scheduled a next-day sewer line replacement, fixed the problem quickly, and backed their work with a lifetime warranty! I’m super impressed with their professionalism and service. Highly recommend!
