We'd definitely use again.
In addition, they saved us a tremendous amount of money on the job. We had another company quote on just leveling the floors & their price was almost $25,000 more than what we were charged by Tom Trout. I would recommend Tom Trout to anyone seeking honest answers & dependable work.
There were so many problems, I wouldn’t know where to start. The price came in way over and it wasn’t finished on time; it took about six months instead of three. They made mistakes in the building like a six inch gap behind my cabinets where the rats came in. There was also a gap in the closet and dirt was coming in through the hole because animals were digging under the house.
"I am surprised that this client made the effort to enter a bad review! I do admit that this particular project didn't run as smoothly as we would have liked. When it was completed, to the contract specifications, we were never aware that the client was unhappy? Over the past fifty years we have completed thousands of projects receiving literally hundreds of complimentary letters. This, to my knowledge, is the only dissatisfied notice we have ever received. The normal procedure would have been for the client to have notified us of the concern allowing us to investigate and rectify her issue."
