I had a tire with a slow leak. They removed and patched the tire and had me on my way in less than 45 minutes, which was the promised time. Also appreciate the fact that they are open on Sunday.

We use their service often for new tires and fixes, but we recently had guests that were driving home to Missouri. They needed a rotation badly so we took them to Tires Plus and they completed the rotation very quickly and only charged 10.00. Our friends were very impressed and happy that we could get them on the road.

I like the people, the building is nice, and they know what they are doing.

Our 1996 was leaking "something" that appeared to be water / antifreeze onto the driveway.Tires Plus on San Jose did a free inspection and ascertained it to be a leak from the water pump.At the same time they informed us that our Fan Clutch was needing replacement as evidenced by the fan shaft being able to shift / wobble in place. All in all they informed us of 7 things we asked they to check out regarding the leak and the AC system. They helped prioritize so we could maximize our financial resources to do the most important now and be aware of other issues that were not immediately critical. They assisted with coupon discounting and "bundling" pricing so maximize our ability to do the most with the least. They performed the repairs and now over 10 days later we are leak and trouble free. In addition they offer the interest free credit card plan to help afford repairs and save money on interest provided payments are made on time. One last special comment: They were exceptionally fast - Despite having only receiving the car mid / late morning they had all inspection and repairs completed before the end of the days shift and ready for pick up by 6:00 PM, this was a big "Plus" for us.

Going to Tires Plus at 12015 San Jose Blvd is a delightful experience. We have been using this repair shop for the past 5 years for routine oil changes to anything else that might be needed.

They are extrememly reliable, efficient, courteous and above all HONEST!. They always call with what recommendation they have for your car with prices. NEVER ANY SURPRISES!!! They always fix any problem. Never a hassle and never any problem with them or there service. THEY ARE EXPERTS AT WHAT THEY DO.

The receptionist is FANTASTIC and a pleasure to speak with. This past visit (4/21/2012) - Dan was our Service Advisor and Brian was our TECH. AMAZING JOB. Everything was just perfect. It is always this way when we go there and has been EXCELLENT since we started goling there 5 years ago.

We highly recommend this establishment. We give it an A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ rating.
