Dropped car off at 900am (open time) and went back at around 1pm. They finished about 115pm. Installer asked that I bring car back in 2-3 days, as there were a couple of spots that he had trouble with and he wanted to let everything dry. Took car back today (Sat, 2 days later) and the installer immediately checked and finished (less then 5 min) two very small spots of concern. The spots were so small, I had a real hard time seeing them. Even though it is very early commenting on the work done, I feel I got GREAT service and a complete explanation of the work done and what my contract will cover in the future. I have been assured that if ANY area has an issue they will repair it at no cost. The other thing I like is that they used a product called LLumar. This is a very high quality tinting product and the price reflects that. I believe, "you buy cheap- you get cheap". LLumar is a nationally recognized brand and if I move or this business closes, another vendor of this product will fix any issues with tint.
