Called for septic pumping. Company was late for first time frame. Have a later time and missed that one as well showed up an hr and a half later. No greeting when they arrived, just jumped out and started dragging hoses to the tanks. Tanks were already opened by us. No discount for opening tanks. Upon finishing they had no cement to seal the lids( they ran out). While dragging hoses back to truck they leaked sewage out of every hose(black and very noticeable) when I asked if they had some lime to spread over the spills they said they ran out of that as well. Lime and cement are required by the Health Department on all septic trucks. This review in no way means I would not use this company again, only that this company should take the time to train their employees how to properly represent the company.

Called and booked an appointment for the next day (they offer same day appointments but had a full schedule by the time I called). I was told we'd be the first appointment the next day and the driver would call when he was 15-30 minutes away. The driver called as promised and the team arrived right on time. They were quick, efficient, polite, and were patient explaining what needed to be done. Once they were finished with the work (septic pump out and the alarm needed reattaching in one of the tanks) I couldn't even tell they had been there, the yard was as it was before they arrived. I would 100% call Tillman again.

They called a fifteen minutes before they were supposed to be here and showed up on time.  Both workers were very nice and did a great job.  I will use Tillman again if needed.

Called to come early and the job was done before the appointment. The service personnel were professional, friendly and courteous. Showed me what they were doing and where my system was failing. Thanks to them I did not find out the hard way with a backup into the house. That made me very happy!!!! Great job!

They had to dig to get to it and worked extremely hard in 95 degrees.  Very good at what they do and very professional.  A+ Company.  Utilize them for your Septic needs and well as other needs.

Great. Turned out to be a clog and septic system was fine. They fixed the issue and advised we would not need a cleanout service for many years. Both guys were super nice and did not over charge. Fastest emergency service we could find. All other septic services said at least one week out they were on site the next morning.

Sewage was spilled on our walkway and lawn.  It appeared as though the employee had been careless when pumping the septic tank. I did not let the employee spray the sewage spill with water, as I was concerned about the spread of bacteria, viruses, and parasites.  I questioned whether bleach or some other decontaminant was required before hosing off the area.   
I called Tillman Septic and expressed my concern, and an agent of Tillman Septic insulted my character and education.  The Florida Department of Health had to intervene, and the area was treated with Lyme.

Surprisingly, they were able to come out the same day I called, a Saturday, at no extra charge.  I showed them where the septic tank was and they ran a long hose around the house to the tank.  They pumped it out, cleaned the filter, looked for damage or things that might be wrong, reburied the lids, cleaned up, and left within the hour.  No mess, no stinky stuff dumped in the driveway.  This is how septic tank pumping is done.

This was my first time using Tillman Septic, the truck crew called and told me what time that they would be there. They went to work right away! With in 5 minutes of opening the tank my problem was found, which was a clog. While the tank was being pumped I was was shown what I need to do to fix the clogging problem.
After the tank was pumped and the lid reinstalled, the soil and the grass was placed back over the area. Work area was cleaned up to my satisfaction.

I have owned this house for 30 years and have had the septic tank pumped many times, but this was the first time I was told way I was having the problems. Thank You Keb and Marc!!

They we're prompt and very professional. They did a thorough inspection of our septic tank.

I called them Saturday morning when I realized I had a problem. They said they would be here between 10:00 and 2:00. They called me at 12:00 and said they would be here by 12:20. Very professional.
