Called for septic pumping. Company was late for first time frame. Have a later time and missed that one as well showed up an hr and a half later. No greeting when they arrived, just jumped out and started dragging hoses to the tanks. Tanks were already opened by us. No discount for opening tanks. Upon finishing they had no cement to seal the lids( they ran out). While dragging hoses back to truck they leaked sewage out of every hose(black and very noticeable) when I asked if they had some lime to spread over the spills they said they ran out of that as well. Lime and cement are required by the Health Department on all septic trucks. This review in no way means I would not use this company again, only that this company should take the time to train their employees how to properly represent the company.

Called and booked an appointment for the next day (they offer same day appointments but had a full schedule by the time I called). I was told we'd be the first appointment the next day and the driver would call when he was 15-30 minutes away. The driver called as promised and the team arrived right on time. They were quick, efficient, polite, and were patient explaining what needed to be done. Once they were finished with the work (septic pump out and the alarm needed reattaching in one of the tanks) I couldn't even tell they had been there, the yard was as it was before they arrived. I would 100% call Tillman again.

They called a fifteen minutes before they were supposed to be here and showed up on time. Both workers were very nice and did a great job. I will use Tillman again if needed.

Called to come early and the job was done before the appointment. The service personnel were professional, friendly and courteous. Showed me what they were doing and where my system was failing. Thanks to them I did not find out the hard way with a backup into the house. That made me very happy!!!! Great job!

They had to dig to get to it and worked extremely hard in 95 degrees. Very good at what they do and very professional. A+ Company. Utilize them for your Septic needs and well as other needs.

Great. Turned out to be a clog and septic system was fine. They fixed the issue and advised we would not need a cleanout service for many years. Both guys were super nice and did not over charge. Fastest emergency service we could find. All other septic services said at least one week out they were on site the next morning.

Sewage was spilled on our walkway and lawn. It appeared as though the employee had been careless when pumping the septic tank. I did not let the employee spray the sewage spill with water, as I was concerned about the spread of bacteria, viruses, and parasites. I questioned whether bleach or some other decontaminant was required before hosing off the area. I called Tillman Septic and expressed my concern, and an agent of Tillman Septic insulted my character and education. The Florida Department of Health had to intervene, and the area was treated with Lyme.

Surprisingly, they were able to come out the same day I called, a Saturday, at no extra charge. I showed them where the septic tank was and they ran a long hose around the house to the tank. They pumped it out, cleaned the filter, looked for damage or things that might be wrong, reburied the lids, cleaned up, and left within the hour. No mess, no stinky stuff dumped in the driveway. This is how septic tank pumping is done.

This was my first time using Tillman Septic, the truck crew called and told me what time that they would be there. They went to work right away! With in 5 minutes of opening the tank my problem was found, which was a clog. While the tank was being pumped I was was shown what I need to do to fix the clogging problem. After the tank was pumped and the lid reinstalled, the soil and the grass was placed back over the area. Work area was cleaned up to my satisfaction. I have owned this house for 30 years and have had the septic tank pumped many times, but this was the first time I was told way I was having the problems. Thank You Keb and Marc!!

Haven't heard back from anyone. Paid $100 and all they did is take pictures of my septic tank where the lid had collapsed. They said they would to have the experts contact me.

They we're prompt and very professional. They did a thorough inspection of our septic tank.

We called on a weekend (Saturday) with the complete understanding that the work would not be completed until Monday. We were told by what i could only tell was an answering service that we would be in their queues for the work to be completed on the following Monday morning. I took time off from work to meet the truck for when it came. The appointment time came and went and when i called the office (2 hours after the appt time) , i was told that i was not on their list to have work done that day and that i would not be able to have the work done until the following day. i voiced my displeasure at having to take time off from work for nothing and that i would not take additional time for what i thought was their issue. i made arrangements with another vendor.

I called them Saturday morning when I realized I had a problem. They said they would be here between 10:00 and 2:00. They called me at 12:00 and said they would be here by 12:20. Very professional.

These guys are did a great job and were very informative.. I'll keep using the company because of their concern and work.

We had tanks pumped at two houses. The work was done on time and as expected.

I've used this company for several years now and highly recommend them....they are professional, very helpful, tidy and good price. I learned using the companies with 'cute' names and lots of advertising are not only more expensive but the work finish done is sloppy. Highly recommend

Moved into this house about June of last year and new to septic systems. Called these people because they are right down the road from us. Office help answered a lot of questions. Made appointment and they came same day. Had more of our questions answered, specifically as relates to how these systems work. Very pleased with them and they are reasonably priced.

I called Tillman's for an emergency pump out late in the afternoon. They were able to get out to my house the following morning. The two gentlemen that arrived were professional and courteous. The work was completed quickly. The price was about the going rate for a pump out. The person I spoke with to set the appointment was very pleasant and helpful. I will use Tillman's again in the future.

Called Tillman early in AM, they scheduled me for that same afternoon, and arrived earlier than they were scheduled. The technician Dewayne, arrived promptly and quickly got to work. He was very knowledgable and friendly. He completed the pumping of the septic tank, and went even further to clean out the drain line coming into the tank. I highly recommend this company and will call them again should I need the service performed again.

I called them in the morning and by mid afternoon they arrived and completed their work. The price quoted on the phone was the price charged. They were prompt and courteous. I would recommend them.

New helper didn't do a real thorough job of covering the tank back up, but I learned some real valuable info from them.
