Before calling Cherie I called 2 other granite companies - both said they would return my call, and 3 week later neither have called me back. I called Cherie, and she answered on the 2nd ring, she was super helpful, I sent her my info, and the next morning she was calling me with questions. The 2nd day she was at my home doing a template for the granite. We had a tough deadline - a week and a half before a holiday party at our home. Cherie did her magic and the finished product was installed as promised. During the process Cherie was very detailed on how the mantle needed to be secured, ect - I am not handy, but she was in direct contact with my contractor on multiple occasions. Cherie is passionate about her work, and you can tell once you meet her.

Ms. Howard had done countertops in my previous house that turned out looking so rich and gorgeous that I hated to sell. So why not let her replace some dark, icky countertops in new home. Ms. Howard took me to slab yard and we had a great time picking out just what I wanted. Her associates are equally professional as Ms. Howard. Nothing was rushed; everyone wanted me to be happy. They templated at my convenience. A wonderful experience all around.

Cheri and her team were fabulous.  From start to finish it was a pleasant and professional experience.  Cheri took the time to help with any questions and concerns I had and it all turned out amazing!  Richard, Mike and Jose were great at measuring and installing the granite and it could not have turned out any better.   Her prices were  much cheaper than another granite company in Gainesville. 
I will use them again for my other bathroom!

Although I chose to move from that house about 9 months later, I mourned the loss of the countertops.  But now I have different countertops for Cheri and her other professionals to replace!  Merry Christmas to me!
