The Maids of Jacksonville

I have been using The Maids for approximately 5 years and I love their service and their staff.  I have never experienced such a great team effort which always leaves the house unbelievably clean! I have a large house and no other service could ever get the job done.
I highly recommend them.

However, the last two visits, including today have started with very late arrivals. Today my appointment was for 2 PM. I am still waiting at 3:15 PM. When I called at 2:30 I got an answering machine and then a return call about 10 minutes later announcing an arrival between 3 and 3:15.
I asked why I hadn't gotten a call that they would be late. The person I talked to "didn't know" they were running late.
This is the exact scenario of the last time I scheduled them to clean. They arrived late without ever calling me and without apology. 
Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on you.

They did not stand behind their work.  We called them on a Monday and they came the next day though in their promotions they say they come within 12 hours.  They said they never had a problem before which I know is not true.  None of them in the group could speak English.  In the bedroom my husband had put something out of view and this person who went in there had to have gone through the draws to lift the silver money clip.  It is very identifiable.  When asked they denied everything.  My husband had used the clip on Monday and they were here on Tuesday.  The clip was gone on Tuesday.  I did not call them again.  I called the police, but the police could not go because they were in a different county in Florida.  They charged more and when I complained the reduced it back.  When they left the house was only half clean.
