"Richard, I appreciate your review, however I must disagree with your assessment. When I visited your property and we discussed the job, you requested that we leave a 12 inch gap around the border of your property where your dog would damage the grass and we also discussed the beds around your trees and how the root system would affect the sod. The estimate was based on one large bed around 2 trees and the gap your requested around the fence line. When our crew showed up with the correct amount of sod for the job that was discussed, you requested a change to the work order to fill in the gap previously requested and to make the bed around the trees smaller, meaning more sod would have to be laid that was not in the work order approved by you. We offered several options to rectify the situation, including the one you chose to buy the additional sod personally, which my team came back and installed at no additional cost. We also performed additional services at no additional cost during our initial visit to include placing a border and installing rocks that you previously purchased. We feel we offered the highest quality of service to you and we are sorry you do not feel the same, however this review does not reflect the service we provided."

"Travis i am sorry to see this review. we quote you on the size project you are requesting to be complete, the left over sod is then thrown away, you did not pay for the extra sod or the labor the discard it, you paid for the project itself. We have left over sod every job we do, there is no way to get an exact amount, we pay for the pallet. On the condition of the sod, it was in good health, we buy our sod from an outside source, i did come out and look at your lawn and we did speak, the left side of your house you were watering the new sod with a sprinkler that you would buy at Lowes and not your irrigation system, that will not water the lawn enough, the other issue I saw when i was there was the tree in the back yard blocked the water from hitting a spot where we installed the sod, What i told you about replacing the sod was i would come out and swap pieces out that were not taking within 30-40 days at no cost, i was not going to replace your entire yard. there would be no use replacing those areas if the problems were not addressed."
