The two person team arrived on time and the quality of the work was excellent. We have a lot of knickknacks we’ve collected over the years displayed on shelves in our home. They took the time to dust each one and the shelves and put them all back exactly where they belong. I didn’t realized how badly my house needed cleaning Until I saw the difference when they were finished. The entire process took about 4 hours and was well worth the cost.

We were so impressed with the job done by First Coast. Ours was a last minute request for a move-out cleaning, due to a short notice military PCS and our previous cleaners falling through. Scott responded to our request on Angie’s List within 2 minutes of posting, and had the appointment set up and ready to go after just a short conversation. The team showed up on time, were extremely professional and thorough, and blew our expectations out of the water. Our home was more spotless than when we first moved into it, and every small detail was combed over to perfection. The price was beyond fair and worth every last penny. We would highly recommend First Coast to anyone looking for an immaculate clean at a reasonable price!

The 2 ladies that came to my house (Isabell and Caroline) to do a deep cleaning were very nice, polite, efficient, and thorough. They had a system to get the job done. I am a very picky person and expect alot (sometimes). These ladies surpassed my expectations. I was amazed that they got everything completed in the time frame I was told they would get finished. Sam, the owner of the company, is extremely nice and accommodating with whatever I needed to have done. I highly recommend this company to clean your home.

I had an excellent experience from the first phone call, the follow up, the move out cleaning, to the final call. Sam Mascato was detailed and clear in explaining the process of hiring the company's services. The cleaning team did an amazing job of cleaning from ceiling fans to baseboards. I was more than pleased and will use them again. I recommend The First Coast Cleaning Company highly.

My house needed a cleaning boost and that’s what they accomplished very professionally. Will continue to work with them.

The initial deep clean was pricey when I heard the quote but once I saw my home I was like DANGGG!!!!! Literally top to bottom ceiling to every floors board and door was scrubbed back to original move in quality. All the items outlined from quote were done with immaculate care. white glove test approved! So I went ahead and went with a weekly cleaning service when I’m at the office they clean and I come home to a beautiful clean and fresh living area. The extra touches made by my designated service provider Rosa was hands down high end resort style. Hand towels, toilet paper rolls, paper towels all refilled with elegant dinner napkin styles. My clean dishes were reorganized on the counter and even my pillows fluffed and you could see the vacuum lines on furniture where she made sure to take care of that as well. Yes it’s pricey med to upper end for a one bedroom two bath and all living areas at 1200 sqft. But the conversation I had with the owner ( whom by the way is very nice and professional as is his wife) went over their business model and that they insure their employees earn a livable wage and it’s not a company who pays below min wage. They insure employees are cared for and paid well also which after having their services performed completely shows in the work that’s done. There is nothing lazy about how my home was cleaned, they treated it like my own personal castle. Hands down best home cleaning service!!!

They were awesome. They sent 4 womens and they cleaned for 4 hours for only $225, which I think was incredible. They did an outstanding job, they were perfect. The owner was very helpful, very approachable and always available. I could have not ask for a better experience.

They're a really great company. Owners and cleaners are wonderful, no issues over all. We always look forward to coming home after they clean.
