From design to installation, this company was professional and communicated in a timely manner. I'm very pleased with the quality and appearance of my new closets

Our shelves look great. Installation was professional and as scheduled. It was easy to communicate with them. We are very satisfied and would do business with The Closet Store again.

Everything was organized and timely. Communication was great. Installers arrived on time, very professional, and did the work. Our sales person also visited the site during installation. We are very happy with the process and product and price.

We met with the provider at their offices and got a quote. On April 21, 2015, Brent came to our new home to measure our closets. He was timely and confirmed our quote. We had not yet closed on this new home so the installation is scheduled for May 18th. We are having our MBR and two guest room closets done, removing wire shelf and adding a closet system with shelves, hanging, etc. Additionally, we are having shelves and cabinets installed in the laundry room. I will update this review when complete to speak to quality and installation.

Sara (the designer) and the installer were amazing.  Sara arrived on time for the consultation, listened very well to our needs, and made excellent suggestions.  She drew out the designs at the kitchen table and gave us a cost breakdown.  She later e-mailed all of it to us, too.  We approved the designs and scheduled the work.  The installation was done on 8/14/2012.  The installers were on time, professional, courteous and CLEAN!!  They asked questions if they were uncertain about the height of something and completed the job in one day.  The work was very well done and we are thoroughly enjoying our "new" closets!

Susan met us in our home to take measurements and to understand our design vision. She was a few minutes delayed but personable. After receiving an estimate of cost, we visited the showroom some time later and she assisted us with selecting the right colors for each closet. We also toured the assembly garage. The company is family owned which we thought was an added bonus. The installation was completed over 2 days.  On the scheduled day of installation, the workers began work around 11am and continued non-stop until about 4pm.  They were prompt, organized, and professional. The work was top notch compared to another company we used in Jacksonville about 7 years ago that is no longer in business and I've contacted Susan again to do some work in the garage.

They listened to me well when were designing, their price was excellent. They also came back and fixed some things after the work was done without any problem.

I was surprised at how much additional space became available with the units.
