Needed to get a oil change bad. Went over there since it was the closest quick lube place around. Got there and they treated me well. The crew went thru the usual oil change drills of telling me about the air filter and some potential other problems. They asked if I wanted a transmission "flush" for the low, low price of ....You know the drill. The oil change was fine, but a little pricey without a coupon. I just don't care for all the extra marketing.

With dozens of visits ... each is quick, and they treat me like I am the only one there and very important. Always let me know what is due, but never push other servcies on me. Beacuse the price is so reasonable and the service quick/convenient, I know I ahve added $1,000's to value of my car.

Friendly and seemed to do a good job. On the downside, they use a lot of high pressure sales techniques to try and up sell you to other filters, fuel additives and fluid flushes that aren't necessary. If you don't know a lot about cars, they'll have you believing that your car will fall apart without all of the "extra" services. Just insist on what you came there for and take you car to your dealer if you have doubts.
