Kitchen and Bath Remodeling
I will start by saying everyone I talked to was nice. My complaint is that even though it says financing available. I mentioned it the the man who came out for the estimate and he told me that the boss man does sometimes. I got the estimate and it was a good price so I called back and asked about financing and the woman told me that they do not offer financing.

Our house will re-piped in 1988 and I was told that the material used was not up to code. We had this company re- piped our house. Very knowledgeable about the project and very professional. Work timely and was completed in one day. Very friendly and ask if we had any questions along the way. Cleaned up and inspected all areas prior to leaving. I certainly was pleased with the job and will recommend this company to my friends . This is the second job this company has done and both met our expectation and more.

The initial consultation over the phone, and in person, was very professional. During the estimate, everything was explained properly and concise. The workers arrived on time AND followed the instruction to 'Call first' so that we could put our pups in the yard. They had Been informed of EXACTLY what had to be done and needed little explanation from us. They brought ALL of their tools and materials in to begin and made very few trips back out to their truck. The job was complete within the time frame that was alloted and done just the way we wanted. The lead man even took the time to answer questions, give advice, and help with a couple of things that were not on the estimate. They cleaned up very nicely When all was finished and we happily paid for their services, we even had the time to chat for a bit Before their next appointment. Great company. Great People. Very affordable. We h Highly recommend them for Your next fix or home improvement project.

Chris arrived on time, made his assessment and provided information regarding work needed to correct problems. The work was provided in a timely manner, organized and clean-up was exceptional. Asked for an estimate and not to do any work until I was called with a price. Did the work anyway without checking with me first. Did not do the work properly and I had to get another plumber out to fix it right. Called the office to complain and they really didn't care. Would NEVER use again or recommend to anyone.

Everything went well! The tub/shower replacements turned out to be problematic since there was no access panel. Chris and Brian worked all day, with a lunch break and trip back to shop for parts, completing the work successfully. The price was reasonable. Chris has the neatest handwriting! I can actually read the invoice! Thanks Chris!

I called and they were able to come the next day. The plumber was 30 min late and didnt call to let me know. The garbage disposal install was fairly quick and works fine. The shower head install also went fine. The faucet fix was ok. His wrench slipped and he scratched the handle. The faucet required new stems which were charged at around $60 and available online for less than $11. Quite a mark up! We ended being double charged on my credit card and had to call and get the second charge refunded. Just an ok experience.

Very well. The plumber even showed me the trick to getting into the sink drain to unclog it, which I think will extend the time until I will need to call them out again. (Old house, old plumbing!)
