While I am dismayed to see the service we provided on 2/14/18 did not meet all of your expectations, I am pleased with the feedback as it is the best way for my team to grow. The fittings we used to repair your line upstairs were what we deemed most appropriate for what you were attempting to achieve. Where required by code, we used copper fittings and pipe with the rest done in CPVC. Because our plumbers are not on commission, there is no incentive to install more than what is needed to complete the job at hand. If you are concerned about the finished product, we would be happy to return and address any of the work performed. Our goal is to leave you with the assurance our work in your home was performed to your satisfaction. When I called and spoke with a gentleman the day before your scheduled appointment I explained to him that we were having to rearrange the schedule and if you folks were flexible than we would like to move the appointment. He said that he would have you call back once you had picked up the grandchildren but then I wasn't able to reach you again until the morning of the scheduled appointment. When we spoke that morning you explained that your schedule was free and we agreed to play it by ear. Unfortunately I did not get an answer the three times I attempted to reach you after that. By all means we are very sorry for having to reschedule in the first place but sometimes things happen and we simply were unable to reach you again. I did leave a voicemail for you but I understand that is not always the best means of communication. If you would like to get back on for an estimate than please give me a call back at either the office or my cell phone number that I gave you that morning and we would be happy to accommodate you."
