Anatoly came over, found the issue in just a few minutes, explained the entire issue and what to look for. And within 20 minutes I was watching tv again. Will hire again. Anatoly was so friendly and provided top notch service.

Diagnosed issue with my tv, ordered parts, and returned as scheduled for repair. 2 tvs 55 and 60 inch knocked dead via lightning strike to cable boxes. Both working like new!

The owner, Anatoly, diagnosed the problem with the main television right away and practically minutes later it was working like new. I had thought that the second TV was a lost cause, but again, Anatoly diagnosed the problem and got it working again. He works on all sorts of TVs and stereo systems at very reasonable prices. I would call him again if I have another electronics problem.

Anatoly and his son Eric were fantastic! He replied to my request very quickly, diagnosed the problem and found a replacement board. We really enjoyed meeting both of them and our TV is fully operational again. Not only did Eric install the new board but he hooked up the TV and made sure everything was working. I most highly recommend this company for your tv repair needs!

He's the real deal. Honest, dependable and fair. Fixed which TVs were worth fixing and candidly told us which ones weren't. Saved a lot of money through him because he is so honest. Genuinely appreciated.

I'm am a "do-it-yourself" kind of guy so I ordered the board and replaced it. Did not fix the problem so I called Anatoly. He said I should next replace the motherboard so I ordered a board and replaced it. FIXED IT! The basic thought regarding technicians is that you pay them for what they know, not necessarily for what they do. Anatoly freely shared his knowledge with me and offered any assistance I needed. What a great experience. I cannot recommend him highly enough. On top of being an expert technician, he is a very nice guy. If you have a TV issue, look not further than Anatoly.

Anatoly was prompt and polite.  He ordered the part for me ahead of time and then came out to replace it.  While here, he even hooked up my mother's television and DVD player so that it worked easier for her.  We truly appreciated that!  Also, he took one of my stereo speakers with him, repaired it and delivered it back to us saving us the money of having to replace it!  I will absolutely call him again when needed! Thanks so much Tech Knowledge!  Highly recommended!

Was able to rapidly diagnose and fix the problem.  Did not have the particular part but understand he would have to carry a lot of parts with all the different makes and sizes and types of TV today.  
TV is working great.  Very nice person who you feel you can trust.

Analtoly provides a website for customers to submit a request and explain what is needed. I used the website in the early hours of 11/2. He called back during business hours and confirmed his understanding of the problem. He fit us in the very day we talked, and arrived sooner then expected, which was beyond amazing. Analtoly is a very pleasant, knowledgeable, and capable man. He put us at ease right away. The TV is as bright as it was when brand new (7years old), the color is better then ever, and he eliminated the black shady areas all over our screen. He didn't know if the cleaning would correct the shady areas, but he clearly was hopeful, because he explained other options were expensive which may result in no change at all. He was actually concerned about our budget, and his educated guess was right on. When asked we will refer all our greater family and friends to Analtoly for their TV repairs going forward.

Anatoly called before he came, was on time and quickly diagnosed our 46" flat screen TV. He is courteous and extremely knowledgeable. It's not economically feasible to fix our television so we will have to purchase a new one. It was nice that he was honest and didn't try to sell us repairs that wouldn't work. We will definitely call Anatoly when it comes to setting up our new television. We highly recommend him!

Although they don't normally do this type of service, Anatoly repaired my 2 Infinity Speakers.  We were going to have to spend much more to replace them!  We truly appreciate that he agreed to try to repair them and did!  Thank you!  We will highly recommend Tech Knowledge to others!  Honest company!

Got a little lost so was late arriving.  Diagnosed problem as defective power board and determined a bad resistor was the problem.  Replaced resistor and all works fine.  Provided 90 day warranty.  Anatoly is a delightful person.

After a thunderstorm we lost service to two TV's.  Contact Tech Knowledge through Angie's List reviews.  Mr. Kozel came same day he was contacted.  Very pleasant and explained every test he performed.  Our 60" set needed new mother board and our second set he was able to by-pass burnt out HDM ports to get set working.  Mr. Kozel shops parts so you aren't paying premium prices.  Two visits with a mother board!  I was so happy we didn't have to replace a set and you couldn't beat his fees.  I won't lose his business card!

He was very good and very timely. He came out and figured out what it was and he gave me an option in it. It's either just get it working to press a button or he would order a part but the part was expensive and he let me know ahead of time. So for now, we just went with the old fashion push a button. He gave us options. I've used them twice already.
