Synergy Studio

I love it I work on palates equipment that provides stretching and toning.  so you get the elongated muscles but it also tones and builds. they do one and one and they do physical therapy so the will bill insurance companies. The instructor was once premed then she went on to get her masters in physical therapy.  She takes a holistic approach to your body in how it all works together.  She has a good back ground. She is very good at working through an preexisting injuries and geting your body to build strength without pushing it to far.
