The whole process went seamless like their business name. I spoke with Bev, who is beyond professional, cheerful, and helpful, was very good at ensuring that we communicated throughout the whole process. She was able to respond through phone calls or emails to get confirmation and setup appointments for quote and installation. I asked for a recommended setup for my home as I didn't want to do the whole house if it was not recommended. He gave me his opinion on the gutters locations even with the color preference while also providing me with a great deal of knowledge on how to compare their services with others to ensure that I felt comfortable proceeding with them. Installation guys were prompt and were able to complete the job perfectly. And the best part -> I have beautiful gutters that now allow me to enjoy walking into my front door, not piling water on the front yard, and enjoying my backyard. Thank you, Sunshine State Seamless Gutters! What a great family business! Highly recommended!

From the initial estimate through installation, my experience was positive. There was no pressure around price or timing - in fact, I received an honest projection for when the installation would be scheduled based on their current customer queue. I was also told up front that their may be rain delays (not uncommon in Florida) and the office manager communicated effectively every time our scheduled date might be impacted. When the work was completed, the end result was very professional.

Owners and employees were courteous and accommodating, even though we had to reschedule the appointment on short notice. The removal of the old and installation of new seamless gutters was performed with great care. They hauled the old materials away and left our property spotless. Yes, we would hire them again and recommend Sunshine State Seamless Gutters for their customer service and a job well done.

PERFECT! I couldn't have asked for better service from start to finish. We are more than pleased with them. We had them install the gutter guard as well. We have lots of Hickory trees and the nuts that fall would have clogged the gutters up in a flash. After the hurricane it was easy cleaning all the debris off of the gutter guard. Prior to the gutters we couldn't get out our front door without having a waterfall drowning us when it was raining

The owner came, assessed, gave us excellent advice to fix the back on our own. New gutters were ordered for the front - a perfect match with our trim. The work was completed on schedule with our complete satisfaction. The front of the house looks so much better! This is a terrific family business and competent people that are a pleasure to work with.

After the job was completed, I asked him what did I owe him and he said nothing. Chuck was so professional and honest which is rare these days. I would hire him to do any future work or recommended him to all my friends as you can guarantee you will get a more that fair price point with top notch quality work. That is impossible to find these days. You will not go wrong with selecting this company to do the work you need.

I would highly recommend Sunshine State Gutters. We had a couple estimates, and Sunshine seemed the most knowledgeable, as well as reasonably priced. Great communication throughout the whole process, and the installation went wonderfully. I also like that they are a family owned business so they really care about their work and client satisfaction.

Sunshine State Seamless Gutters was professional from the first call all the way through the process. I called to make the appointment, then received a reminder call. The owner was on time and asked questions about what I felt we needed. He worked out 2 different options for me. He explained their 10 year (yes TEN year) warranty and that they do NOT require a deposit. He encouraged me to call his business owners insurance company (which I did). Once I scheduled the installation (I chose the smaller option after the owner told me I didn't REALLY need the larger option) all I had to do was wait for another reminder call (from the owners partner/wife). The installation team (the owners son) arrived promptly and was very courteous. We talked again about my expectations, and they quickly completed the job. They cleaned up and walked me through the job to inspect. He also talked more about the 10 year warranty. This is a true family business, and I am VERY happy with their service...now I'm just waiting for it to rain!

well. However a few months later, as we had a lot of thunderstorms, it appears that one of the pre-existing extensions was clogged and water was pouring out of the spout like a fountain. They told me that they don't do that kind of service (unclog existing gutters and drains).

"Our company was asked to remove some existing gutters and replace with new gutters and to reuse any existing downspouts in good condition. Our crew did exactly that. We simply tied our work into existing work which included existing drains. We clearly state on our Angie's List page that we do not clean gutters. The customer stated that it was a "pre-existing extension" which indicates that it wasn't our work to begin with. It is the customers responsibility to properly maintain their gutters, which means they need to either clean the gutters themselves or hire a gutter cleaning company to do it for them. We will always honor our 10 year warranty but only for work we have actually performed. If a customer neglects to properly maintain their gutters and issues arise from that, it is not our companies' responsibility to come remove their clog. Therefore, in this case, I don't believe we deserve the B grade."

Dealing with Beverly, who answers the phone and does scheduling, her husband, Chuck and their son was nothing short of pleasant. These are really nice, responsive, professional people. The installation was on time and smooth and the gutters look beautiful. I had two corners installed, and unfortunately both of them leaked. It took 3 trips but both corners are now drip free. I especially appreciate this company as there were no questions, no delays, just apologies for the leaks and a quick response each time I called. They have a 10 year warranty on their gutters. After nearly a year and a half, the gutters still look beautiful and are functioning perfectly. I highly recommend Sunshine State Seamless Gutters.
