It has been a positive experience for us, in large part due to the pleasant, courteous, competent and efficient Stonebridge personnel at all levels of the operation – and particularly the project manager. Manufacturing delays were worked through, and disagreements resulting from misunderstandings were dealt with and resolved in a professional manner. Logistics were well-coordinated, and a professional cooperative relationship with our roofing consultant was helpful in assuring the condo complex of the high quality of work of the company. Communication at all points between the company and the condo complex was very good and was a critical factor in the success of the project. An underlying goal of Stonebridge - for our community to be happy with their work - was evidenced in the way in which the project manager handled in a very timely manner any concerns identified by residents, at times going above and beyond to assure that residents were pleased with the outcome. I am very happy with the smooth, efficient, and well done job this company provided for us in replacing our 18-year old roof missing some tiles from Irma. The work crew was cordial and professional, things happened on time, inspections went smoothly, and the cleanup was well done. Price was very good and as quoted. I recommend you look no further.

I needed to repair 2 sections of my roof. I got one quote form a competitor. When Stonebridge came out, they suggested I get an entire re-roof. I thought, "Here we go," but their quote for a new roof came in at about the same as the quote I had received form the first company for just the repair! They came out and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with their work.

Excellent! Stan Smith came and gave me a very competitive quote which I chose to accept. Stan organized the work crew who showed up exactly when Stan said they would. Techs Mike and Tommy both did excellent work finishing on time as promised. All in all it was a pleasurable experience dealing with Stan, Mike and the whole company.

We needed a new roof ASAP. We contacted Rick Newman with Stonebridge construction for an estimate. Rick was extremely professional, responded in a timely manner, and helped make this roof happen quicker than I would have imagined. The quality of the roof and installation is excellent. Our project manager Adam was also extremely professional and diligent . Rick made the paperwork payment, etc. extremely easy and stress-free. We could not be happier with this very quick process.

It went great. Got it done in a very timely manner and the work is excellent. Very happy with my new roof.

The entire roof was replaced with 50 year GAF shingles. Along with all drip edge etc. Job has transferable 30 year material and labor warranty from GAF.

They did excellent work. Was very pleased with the outcome. Would highly recommend them!

I called for a estimate, they were out within a couple of days. They provided a reference to someone who had recently used them for a roof replacement in my subdivision. The reference stated they were pleased with the work. They started work within two weeks and were completed in two days. I was very satisfied with the overall experience. I would use them again.

Person quoting was very accommodating and provided the best quote in comparison to 3 other providers in the running. The work was done flawlessly. The workers were very nice. Clean up was about 99% completed. I found several roofing nails in the shrub beds and on the driveway. Workers left a full sheet of plywood. I called the company to see if they wanted it. No one ever came by to pick it up. One note of feedback. Roofers typically over quote the number of bundles of shingles needed. When they are finished they should provide you with the unused shingles since you paid for them in the quote. They return the unused shingles to their provider for credit. This company did not leave the unused bundles.

They were awesome. Far above what I expected. Very helpful when I had a question. Always on time Workers were unbelivable. Worked late when needed. Always working I had to make them stop for a break. I wouldnot have anybody else!! Rick and Adam were the best ever. Loved the guys they picked to do the hard work!!!!

Job completed as contracted. New roof placed on home. Contractor allowed us to spend as much time as necessary to select color. Identified homes in our neighborhood that had roof colors similar to those we considered. Was responsive to ALL questions. Was willing to "show us" areas for improving the current roof. Contractor repaired damage to old roof that was unknown until old roof was removed. Repairs were reasonable. We are completely satisfied.

The job was completed in one day. Things went well along with the clean-up. Rick Newman and his crew were truly professional.

Alex came out and did a thorough inspection & excellent quote. He was professional and competent. I would have hired Stonebridge and will keep them on file for future work. (We ended up having the roof replaced through a family friend in the roofing business).

Stonebridge came in and recommended architectural shingles that are made for flatter pitched roofs but still look nice. It was pricey but the work was done quickly and professionally and we have had no issues and it looks wonderful. Very happy.

Actually I contracted for the job with Home Depot, and they subcontracted to Stonebridge. No regrets whatsoever. They were out on time, and I only heard them stop for lunch and when they left. They worked hard and fast without sacrificing quality--the job was done and the site completely cleaned up within two days. The price was a bit higher than usual for the job going through Home Depot, but the payoff was that they manage the warranty front to back. No having to go through different companies for materials and labor. Very very satisfied.

Never received a call and never came out to do work?

They were phenomenal. The time frame stood out. They came in and it was basically done in a day and a half. They started early and they worked late. They knocked it out so it wasn't inconvenient for us. They're awesome.

Stonebridge had prepositioned the materials the day before. Damien's crew arrived on time, took the old roof off and installed the new roof. In one day. Fortunately, it was a dry then, so no moisture issues. They did a beautify job and clean up. Only found 3 roofing nails in the yard. (Pretty amazing when you think about it.) Of course, the new roof was more than ready to handle Hurricane Matthew. We lost ZERO shingles. Our neighbors, most still on their original roofs, not so much.

The scheduling took forever, the work was decent but the leftover material was left on the side of the house after the job for about a week. Communication was good but the manager never showed and relied on the crew to perform with quality, and this didn't happen to the full expected quality.

I received the proposal for the re-roof and gave the permission to go ahead late that afternoon. Within 2 days they were on site and when I left in the morning for work they were just starting and they were just about 100% complete by the time I returned from work. I feel they were timely and very professional and the price was fair. Our much needed new roof looks absolutely wonderful and I am 100% satisfied with the results, the professionalism, and the pricing from this company.
