Pavers and Hardscaping Service
The stone wall installation went fine and looks beautiful. The main problem with the flatrock patio is the polymeric sand WE chose for them to use. Since it is a flexible medium, we thought it would be better than concrete. We had a big rain storm immediately after they finished which washed out some of the polymeric sand. The polymeric sand needs sun to aid in the drying and setting of the sand. We had a few days of no sun and coupled with our dogs, we had more problems keeping the polymeric sand in place. This, of course, is no fault of SRB Construction. We did have a lawn sprinkler issue leaking under one of the flatrocks. We called up SRB and they were out the next day to fix it. Even with the polymeric sand issue, it still looks great. Very nice and conscientious gentlemen.
