SPIRIT DELIVERY & DISTR SVC

Today was my second attempt to have a dishwasher installed that I purchased from the Home Depot. Spirit is the company that Home Depot used to deliver, install, and haul away the old appliance.
During the first try, I was advised that the hose was not long enough and that the model in question was not compatible with the available "universal" replacement hoses. Fair enough, my fault for buying it online.
Today's attempt failed because they didn't like the way the unit was wired and now I must call an electrician. My issue here is not that they wouldn't re-wire something but that this was not identified during the first attempt. I elected to have them leave the dishwasher so that the electrician can install it and so I don't have to deal with them again.
I would also like to add, though its minor, that they wouldn't take the old dishwasher with them. I'll have to figure that out, too.

Overall a loss of 8 hours of work 14 hours of free time and frustration like you wouldn't believe.  In a world where nobody takes accountability or quality is no longer a factor Spirit Deliveries is quite possibly the worst company out there in the world.  Terrible management and terrible service I quite frankly have nothing good to say about the horrible job the company did.  If I knew this delivery service was going to be this bad I would have done everything myself.
